Our rates are very competitive for the beautiful south shore area, especially considering we are one of the few "true" beachfront properties. No cliffs, no drops, no hikes - Just a quick stroll across the lawn from your cottage to your safe, sandy beach.

We have a weekly minimum for all bookings, with the exception of a handful of weeks at the beginning and end of our season, availability allowing. We strongly recommend making your reservations as early as possible due to the high number of repeat guests.

We regret we are unable to accept pets of any kind. There are several excellent kennels nearby. If you need assistance with planning a comfortable stay for your pet, we will be more than happy to help.
