The house on the right required extensive renovation including exterior wall studs, new roof, basement repairs, windows,doors, siding, etc,. Completely gutted and refinished inside including two kitchens and bathrooms, wall board, floors, etc,. After the job was finished, the house won an award for most improved property in the annual City of Charlottetown beautification contest. The house was renovated in 1989.We have built numerous new homes and cottages and hope to have some pictures displayed on this page soon.
